Voltaware is running a pilot with Capital Energy using IRIS - Voltaware’s new data intelligence platform for utilities - to reinvent its value proposition.

Over fifty households have installed Voltaware sensors and the Volta mobile app to unlock AI-driven energy insights. Capital Energy will be integrating with IRIS data intelligence platform, which allows utilities to build disruptive products.
IRIS collects data from either smart meters or Voltaware sensors and unlocks a range of benefits for both utilities and their consumers:
- AI insights that address consumer needs: Energy disaggregation, p2p, tips & recommendations, appliance monitoring, safety & security alerts, elderly monitoring and many other…
- Tools to build better products: Build differentiated products to increase customer retention, CRM to manage customer interactions better, BI analytics portal to aggregate customer insights, unlock new revenue opportunities using data, etc…
Voltaware is working closely with Capital Energy's venture fund ‘Quantum’, which is using 20 million euros to promote energy efficiency in homes and sustainable behaviours within the company itself.
